The QuickEMR website is a Physical Therapy Software site. By using the QuickEMR website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Third Party Services
QuickEMR allows you to connect several third party services to the application for your convenience. The individual rules, policies, and list of data shared is included here.

Gmail - QuickEMR allows you to connect it's service to Gmail through the Google OAuth2 API. This service is used to allow the QuickEMR web application to send e-mails through your connected account on your behalf. QuickEMR will never send e-mails through your connected accounts without your users direct action to send an individual or batch e-mail or your users opt-in to a scheduled automated e-mail or batch of e-mails. This includes some direct actions that may not be obvious that an e-mail is involved including a password reset request. QuickEMR does not collect or store any additional information related to your Google or Gmail account.
For example (but not inclusive) a user may send a single e-mail from a case contact form or global e-mail form within the quickEMR application. The user may send a batch of e-mails to remind opted-in patients of an appointment.
